When we take the energy paradigm into consideration, everything starts to make sense - and that is important for people who sincerely think they must be insane because of their thoughts, emotions and actions. But what is even better still, when we start to work with the energy universe and our own energy bodies, we have real and working strategies for emotional healing that were never available before. You can't see "the scars of child sex abuse" on the body, but you can feel them *in* your body - these are the painful emotions, feedback devices that tell us when something is wrong in the energy system.
